BARRE ABOVE®

Instructor - Rebecca Tredeau | Monday 10:00 am (yoga mats required)
Barre Above® blends a fusion of classic ballet, Pilates, yoga, strength training & trendy dance in each work out. Barre is taught to the beat with the all new Musicality Method®. A great active aging fusion class! 

EXPRESS MUSCLE & MAT

Instructor - Robin Johnston | Tuesday | 9:30 am
Express Muscle & Mat helps improve muscle strength along with toning, using weights and mats to focus on core and stretching. Chairs may be used instead of a yoga mat. 

STRENGTH & BALANCE / FALL PREVENTION

Instructor - Rebecca Tredeau | Wednesday 10:00 am

Classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. Each class will include warm-up and stretching, structured exercise and functional activity, group exercise and a cool down.  

ZUMBA GOLD®

Instructor - Rebecca Tredeau | Wednesday 11:30 am 

Dance, get fit and have fun while doing this Latin dance workout! Zumba is an aerobic dance workout designed to enhance flexibility, condition muscles and balance. The high-and low-intensity intervals make Zumba an excellent cardio workout. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. 

YOGA

Instructor - Marsha Mancuso | Thursday 9:00 am  (yoga mats required)

​Marsha is an enthusiastic and sensitive teacher who has the desire to share yoga and healing with others. Her classes bring a calmness and serenity to her students by incorporating posture with breath and mindfulness. Marsha teaches and practices yoga to keep the body flexible with stretching and postures, and the mind calm thru strengthening the mind/body/soul connection.

Muscle Conditioning

Train skeletal muscles to enhance strength and endurance. This class offers weights/based resistance training.

Tap Dance

Learn how to tap dance. This is a type of dance in which the rhythm is kept by the noise of the dancer's shoes on the floor. All levels are welcome. Improve balance and rhythm. Tap shoes available for purchase through the instructor.

Strengthen your core. Build strength in your abs and work on endurance and stability. Firm your ab muscles to shrink your waist, improve your posture, and gain more confidence. Work waist and strengthen back.

A Body in Motion, Stays in Motion!
Chair exercises working the core, on and behind the chair. Aerobic conditioning, improving flexibility, strength, muscle tone, weights for bone density and balance for all! All levels welcome 

Line Dancing

Instructor - Alice Kinahan

Line Dancing is one of the best activities for total body/mind wellness. It's an excellent low-impact  weight bearing activity that's great for improving balance and coordination, and reducing stress. Learning  and repeating new steps keeps the mind active, and keeps the body moving and improving. Most of all it's about having a good time in a supportive, social environment. Simple step-by-step instructions make it easy and fun. Wear comfortable clothing and leather-or rubber-soled shoes.
