Learn how to tap dance. This is a type of dance in which the rhythm is kept by the noise of the dancer's shoes on the floor. All levels are welcome. Improve balance and rhythm. Tap shoes available for purchase through the instructor.

Tapfit® is a total body tap dance cardio fitness workout class. TapFit combines tap dancing, cardio, resistance training, and body sculpting moves to give you maximum results for your mind and body! ​Marsha is an enthusiastic and sensitive teacher who has the desire to share yoga and healing with others. Her classes bring a calmness and serenity to her students by incorporating posture with breath and mindfulness. Marsha teaches and practices yoga to keep the body flexible with stretching and postures, and the mind calm thru strengthening the mind/body/soul connection. 

Line Dancing

Line Dancing is one of the best activities for total body/mind wellness. It's an excellent low-impact  weight bearing activity that's great for improving balance and coordination, and reducing stress. Learning  and repeating new steps keeps the mind active, and keeps the body moving and improving. Most of all it's about having a good time in a supportive, social environment. Simple step-by-step instructions make it easy and fun. Wear comfortable clothing and leather-or rubber-soled shoes.

You can purchase a single day pass each time or purchase a Fitness Class Punch Card.  

Punch cards are to be presented to the instructor at each class.

These cards can be used for any classes, have no expiration date and are refundable if you are not able to attend classes for any reason.
