With everyone spending more time at home, and with restaurant dining still presenting challenges for some, we know people are cooking more often. We want to know what you’re cooking or baking! Classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. Each class will include warm-up and stretching, structured exercise and functional activity, group exercise and a cool down.

Marsha's classes bring a calmness and serenity to her students by incorporating posture with breath and mindfulness. Marsha teaches and practices yoga to keep the body flexible with stretching and postures, and the mind calm thru strengthening the mind/body/soul connection.

The exercises demonstrated by the instructors in these online classes are physically demanding. If you are unable to safely perform these exercises, please modify them for your own safety or choose a different set of exercises.

We can catch up, encourage each other, discuss ideas on how we can promote positive change in ourselves to make the world better for all of us!! Through our shared experiences and individual stories, we will find support from each other. Co-facilitated by Kim Considine and Ed Motuzas.
Participants are encouraged to write either a short story, poem or journal entry about topics that are presented to the group. Share your work and techniques with the group if you are comfortable. Call Kim at the Center for more details.
Are you feeling isolated and stressed? We can help by providing an opportunity for you to learn and gain support from others who are facing similar challenges. Through our shared stories, our support group meetings can give you new approaches to caregiving, including ones that worked for others in similar situations. You can also gain perspective and caregiver stress management tools that come from hearing others talk about their experiences.
