Wellness CLINIC - NuRSE On-SIte

Our on site nurse offers blood pressure assessments, medication consultations, referrals, and preventative health care advice.


This service is funded by the Milford Board of Health and administered through 

Salmon VNA & Hospice of Greater Milford. 


The nurse is available on Wednesdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
